# How to switch Current Network on Coin98 Extension

Current Network on Coin98 Extension is a feature that helps users easily switch wallet connections between supporting blockchains to experience decentralized applications (DApps) easily and conveniently.

Depending on the network, dApps will be on different blockchains, you must adjust the corresponding Current Network to use. This article will use PancakeSwap as an example.

**Step 1:** Go to the homepage of [PancakeSwap](https://pancakeswap.finance/) -> Click **Connect Wallet** -> Connect to Coin98 Extension;

**Step 2:** Since PancakeSwap is based on BNB Smart Chain, users need to switch Current Network to be able to connect and use it. Here are 2 methods to switch Current Network.

* **Method 1 - Switch manually**

On the main screen, select the Current Network bar at the top -> Select the responsive blockchain of the DApp from the chain list:

After switching to the respective Current Network, the user can use their desired DApp. These steps will be executive similarly on other DApps.

* **Method 2 - Switch through the chain list of DApp**\
  (Not Applicable to All DApps)

Click on the chain icon that DApp supported for this feature to switch the Current Network

If user access the DApp on a different network, it will show a pop-up to switch networks using the C98 Extension
