Universal Referral Program

Universal Referral Program is the Coin98 Super Wallet referral system that lets users earn XP and commissions from eligible activity performed by invited wallets.

What is Universal Referral Program

The referral system connects users through up to three levels:

• Referee: the invited user

• Direct Referrer: the user who invited the Referee

• Indirect Referrer: the referrer of the Direct Referrer

Direct Referrers and Indirect Referrers earn XP when their referees perform eligible activities across Coin98 features. The total XP earned over the last 30 days determines the referrer's tier, and the tier determines the commission rate they can receive.

How does the Universal Referral Program work?

1. Earn XP: When your invitees use eligible Coin98 features, you earn XP from their activity.

2. Level up and earn rewards: Your total XP determines your tier. Higher tiers unlock higher commission rates and greater rewards.

Eligible activities currently include:

• Trading on Futures

• Top-ups on Fusion Card

• Registration on OneID

• Swapping on SwapX (coming soon)

Which activities are eligible for XP and commissions?

• Futures: Eligible when invitees trade on Futures.

• Fusion Card: Only top-up transactions are eligible.

• OneID: Eligible when invitees register for OneID.

• SwapX: Support is coming soon.

Important Note:

1. You must update to the latest version to participate in the Universal Referral Program

2. A multichain wallet must be used to trade, and commissions are paid via an EVM address only.

3. Feature-specific rules:

• Fusion Card: Only top-up transactions are eligible. Referral commission applies to the referrers of the wallet that performs the top-up

• OneID: OneID Extensions are not eligible for referral commissions or XP

How to invite friends via referral code

1. Open Coin98 Super Wallet app => Access Referral from the main screen If you have been invited by others, your ref code will display.

You must have an inviter to be eligible to invite others. When you enter a valid referral code, a unique referral code will be generated and you can copy to share the code with friends.

1. Click on the copy code icon (1) or Invite Now (2) and then share your ref code link with your friends to start earning commissions.

How is referral attribution applied across multiple wallets?

Referral attribution is applied at the device level for multichain wallets.

When a referee clicks a referral link, the system automatically applies the referral to all multichain wallets on the referee's device that have not been previously referred. Each wallet is counted as one referral. The referral code is stored on the device. When the referee creates new wallets or imports wallets, the referral code is automatically applied to those wallets as well.

Example: If User A invites User B:

• User B has 10 existing multichain wallets that have not been previously referred → User A receives 10 referrals.

• User B later creates 5 more wallets → User A receives 5 additional referrals, for a total of 15 referrals.

How does the tier system and commission mechanism work?

Your commission rate grows as your network grows. By accumulating XP from your Direct and Indirect Invitees’ eligible activities within a 30-day rolling window, you can level up and unlock higher commission rewards, up to 50%.

Note: The system refreshes daily at 00:00 (UTC+7). All XP earned during the day will be added to your total after the refresh. For example, if your invitee makes a transaction at 7:00 AM, the XP you earned will be credited after 00:00 on the following day.

How can I track referral details?

You can view your referral information directly on the Referral main screen, including:

• Total earnings

• Total invitees

• Transaction volume

• Commission activities

• XP: A non-tokenized, non-transferable unit used to determine referral tier ranking. XP cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or traded.

• Referee: The invited user.

What is XP?

XP is used to determine tier level. It is not a token, and it cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or traded. You can earn XP from eligible activities performed by your Direct Invitees and Indirect Invitees, such as Futures trading, Fusion Card top-ups, and OneID registration.

How is the referral code applied?

Your referral code is applied automatically when your friends click your referral link and access their accounts. No manual action is required.

When are XP and commissions credited?

Commissions appear in real time on the Universal Referral UI. XP is credited after the daily refresh at 00:00 (UTC+7).

Do I need the latest version of Coin98 Super Wallet to use the Universal Referral Program?

Yes. You must update to the latest version to participate in the Universal Referral Program.

Can I receive commissions in any wallet address?

No. Commissions are paid via an EVM address only.

Is SwapX referral support available now?

SwapX referral support is coming soon.

When and how to redeem rewards?

Your commissions (rewards) are shared in real time and will appear on the Universal Referral UI. You can claim your rewards in the Lifetime Earnings and follow the instructions in the document How to Claim Your Earnings from Universal Referral
