# Hướng dẫn liên hệ đội ngũ hỗ trợ qua Live Chat

**Bước 1:** Trên màn hình chính của Coin98 Telegram Wallet, chọn biểu tượng **Dịch vụ (Services)**.

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Live Chat** trong mục **Khác (Others)**.

**Bước 3:** Nhập thông tin yêu cầu vào các ô tương ứng, sau đó chọn Start the chat (Bắt đầu trò chuyện) để nhận sự hỗ trợ trực tiếp từ phía đội ngũ
